O2 venue is badly organised and seriously overpriced. And what's with the idea of taking everyone's ticket off them and then giving A ticket back after the gig? The whole idea is to keep YOUR ticket as a souvenir, not ANY ticket. Band performance was mostly lacklustre and semi-acoustic sets don't work with a band whose songs are so synth-based. 2 hours later, the band trooped off with no encore and the crowd were herded out past all the souvenir stands like sheep that needed one last chance to be sheared.
