I have just recently sat and passed (phew!) my third Google AdWords Professional exam.
Google are improving the AdWords testing program, both in terms of credibility and the way the exam is managed.
The ‘Fundamentals’ course (to be joined in 2010 by an Advanced course) contains 120 questions and you have 120 minutes to complete. Even if you’re an ‘old hand’ at AdWords, it’s definitely worth spending a few hours brushing up your knowledge. Time wise, there is plenty (I took 60 minutes) so anyone taking the test should have enough time to go back and review any questions they may be unsure of.
Another change Google have introduced is that the AdWords Individual Test now has to be retaken annually as opposed to bi-annually previously; I’m sure this is more than just a commercial decision…
